Divergent by Veronica Roth

16 year old Tris has to choose which faction she wants to belong to. She was born in the Abnegation faction. They are selfless; they are not allowed to look at themselves in the mirror because that’s considered a selfish action and they put others needs before their own. She can choose to stay with her family and live a selfless life or she can choose between Erudite The Intelligent, Dauntless The Brave, Amity The Peaceful and Candor The honest. If she chooses a faction other than Abnegation she will lose contact with her family forever.

Divergent was fantastic! I love how original it was and I loved all the character no matter how bad or good they were. Divergent was dangerous and awesome. I had to stop myself from reading because I didn’t want it to end. The ending was perfect too. It wasn’t a big cliffhanger but you know there’s a second book.
